Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee once it has been shipped. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/defective product, and a description of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund based on the evidence provided.
3. Incorrect Orders
- If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
- We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or issue a refund.
4. Unsatisfactory Quality
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of the coffee, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number and details about the issue.
- We will assess your complaint and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
