Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@kavetta.hr with your order number.
  • After Shipment: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, cancellations after shipment are not accepted. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for issues with received products.

2. Order Cancellation by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to issues such as stock unavailability, payment problems, or errors in product information. In such cases, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be processed.

3. Return and Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns on coffee products once they have been shipped. However, if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds for cancelled orders before shipment will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
